Established in 1990, 升旺工業股份有限公司 (plastic injection company) focuses on the design, development, production and assembly of automotive parts and various plastic injection molding OEM products. We have an in-house development and design department; from product design and mold manufacturing to mass production and shipment, every stage can be customized according to customer requirements to ensure product quality and functionality meet the highest standards.
 ❖ Our Process---From Development to Shipment 

1.  Requirement Confirmation：

Discuss customer requirements and analyze market trends to determine product functions, appearance, and performance requirements.

2.  Appearance Design and Functional Planning：
Draw product sketches to define appearance structure and functional layout; plan how functions will be implemented according to product usage and determine core technical parameters.

3. 3D Modeling and Engineering Design：
Use design software (such as SolidWorks、AutoCAD) to create precise 3D models;
Ensure product structural integrity to avoid stress concentration or interference in the design;
Perform CAE mold flow simulation to verify plastic flow in the mold and reduce potential issues (such as sink marks and bubbles).

 

4.  Mold Development, Manufacturing, and Trial Adjustment：
Design mold structure according to product 3D drawings, considering draft angles, runner design and gate locations;

Select high-quality mold steel for CNC machining and surface treatment;
Manufacture initial molds and conduct trial shots to confirm mold accuracy and product quality.

 

5.  Small Batch Sample Production and Functional Testing：
Produce small batches of samples for inspection to test the compatibility between the mold and production equipment;
Check sample strength, dimensional accuracy and surface quality to ensure they meet design specifications;
Conduct on-vehicle or actual application tests to ensure stable and reliable installation and performance.

 

6. Production Preparation：
Ensure correct parameter settings for production equipment such as injection molding machines;
Establish mass production processes, including parameters such as injection temperature, pressure and cooling time;
Ensure stable raw material quality and prepare sufficient inventory.

 

7.  Mass Production：

Officially commence mass production, monitoring the stability of injection molding and product quality;
Perform 100% inspection or sampling inspection, including dimensional, appearance, functional and durability tests.

 

8.  Assembly, Packaging and Shipment：

Choose appropriate packaging methods according to customer requirements to ensure products are undamaged during transportation;
Introduce advanced warehouse management systems to accurately control the progress of each order;
Select the best transportation method (air freight, sea freight, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery.
